Great Experience for Families!

We enjoyed our family stay. The breakfast variety amazed us, especially the freshly baked pastries. Staff went out of their way to provide a crib for our baby. For those driving, arrive early for the limited free parking near the entrance. a pleasant region to explore.

The location impresses with easy access to the train station and a vibrant local scene featuring great restaurants and shops. Breakfast offers a wide selection, far exceeding typical offerings and including delightful baked goods. the room's old-fashioned keys attached to a large golf ball were cumbersome, and the outdated electrical outlets were frustrating. Although the hotel provides decent comfort, the overall ambiance felt slightly dated.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to Florence and the artistic decor added a charming touch to the ambiance.

There was a persistent noise issue that made restful sleep difficult. frequent thumps disrupted the quiet of the night.

Parking situation not great, with limited spots mostly taken up by buses. The room had an unpleasant odor and some areas showed signs of aging, like old-style keys attached to a golf ball instead of a modern key card. Breakfast didn't impress and left a lot to be desired.

the art in prato had a perfect location, just outside the town wall, making it easy to explore. my room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view over the river. breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection, and the staff were very welcoming and professional.

Recommend it for couples traveling with a pet

The hotel had a strategic location very near the train station and parking right in front. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful,, even prepared a small kennel with a bowl for our little dog, which I found heartfelt. The decor was magnificent,, with delightful paintings of the Gioconda in different versions scattered throughout the common areas.

It wasn't cheap,, but I'd say still acceptable.
